3. Pricing Requests and Quotes

- The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment

5. Delivery and Installation

- The client is responsible for preparing the installation site (leveling the ground, ensuring accessibility, and obtaining any necessary permits, if required) before the agreed delivery date; any delay resulting from the site not being ready is not attributable to the Company.
- The product is delivered after inspection by the client or their representative, and signing the delivery receipt constitutes acknowledgment that the product has been received in the agreed condition.
6. Warranty
The warranty period for our products ranges from one year to 10 years, and is determined according to the product type, the specification level, and the materials used in manufacturing. It mainly covers the integrity of the structural frame and welding work. As a general guide:
- Units with economical specifications or temporary use: Warranty starting from one year.
- Units with medium specifications and long-term use: Warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
- Units with high specifications (reinforced structural frame, thermal insulation, premium finishes): Warranty of up to 10 years on the main structural frame.
The exact type and duration of the warranty are specified in the price quote or contract for each order according to the specifications agreed with the client. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modifications made by the client or a third party without the Company's approval, or natural causes and force majeure.
7. Acceptable Use of the Website
