Many of our new customers ask about their project's execution journey step by step before deciding to sign a contract. In this article, we review the essential stages that any prefab home order with us goes through, from the first contact to handing over the keys.
1. Contact and Defining Requirements
The journey begins with you contacting us via WhatsApp or visiting the factory directly, where we discuss with you the required area, the intended use (residential, commercial, or work site), the number of rooms and desired divisions, and the finishing level that suits your budget.
2. Price Quote and Preliminary Design
Based on your requirements, we prepare a detailed price quote showing the complete specifications, along with a preliminary layout showing the proposed interior divisions, so you can visualize the unit before manufacturing begins and approve every detail.
3. Manufacturing at the Factory
After the design and agreed-upon payment are approved, manufacturing begins in a controlled factory environment, away from weather delays and climate factors that affect traditional construction, giving a more accurate and predictable timeline.
4. Final Quality Inspection
Before shipping, every unit undergoes a comprehensive inspection to ensure it matches the specifications agreed upon in the contract, including the quality of welding, insulation, finishes, and electrical wiring.
5. Transport to the Site
We coordinate the transport date with you, and beforehand make sure the site is ready (leveling the ground, and preparing the foundations if required depending on the project type) to ensure smooth installation with no delay on delivery day.
6. Installation and Key Handover
Our team installs the unit on-site and connects the electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning, then carries out a final inspection with you before officially handing over the keys along with the warranty card and details of the post-delivery maintenance service.
